Right here at Healthy Af Nutrition we want to be the start of a ripple effect. We want to help expand our networking of local healthy and well rounded individuals and what better way to do it than lead by example. We desire to find locally grown food surrounding DeKalb County and use that in our meals. The consistency we have established in the kitchen is just too good not to share with others. Efficiency is key in a productive life. We don’t always have the time/energy/motivation to keep up with our dietary needs on top of an already busy lifestyle. We have established a system of creating simple, nutritious, and delicious recipes that can help you meet your dietary needs and regain that extra time you’re constantly searching for throughout the day.

Although we try our best to be consistent with our nutrition, we are only human and there are times we stray from our desired WFPB (Whole Food Plant Based) diet. We feel that it is very important to practice what we preach, therefore we are offering to you exactly what we incorporate into our day to day diet. It has been a long journey from our former unhealthy diet and routine; giving up processed foods, meat, refined sugars and sweeteners has been a very large accomplishment for us in itself. We understand that even the thought of giving up those comfort foods can be a terrifying experience but we want to help. This change in our diets has been the best thing we could do for our lives, health, energy levels, and especially our family. However, nobody is perfect, and on occasion you might see recipes of ours that stray a bit from a WFPB diet. You can always contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our meals, and we always love feedback from our customers!
